Hangzhou Huaxia Center Hotel, Vignette Collection was designed by international design firm HBA architecture. With the business and leisure traveller in mind, the design of the hotel is inspired by the West Lake where the hotel’s design is inspired by the beauty of natural landscapes and complemented by elegant, contemporary interiors.
Artworks are also prominently showcased at the hotel. Guests will be welcomed by the artwork “Hangzhou Dream” in the lobby. Through an artistic lighting device, the artwork depicts a fan opened by a scholar who sings lyrically and recites poetry, praising the scenery of Hangzhou’s ten scenic spots. Other artworks that are featured in the hotel include Chinese ink painting, blue and white porcelain or works reflecting boating on West Lake and other elements in Hangzhou, are presented throughout the hotel.
